Summer time is such a great time to sit outside in the hot tub at night and view the Milky Way...that is IF you live in Colorado! But...since we are in East Texas and it is still over 90 at 9:00 at night...we sit inside in our air cooled home and look at photos on the internet! Got is still awesome and we have many other opportunities to enjoy His creation all day long and all year long in East Texas!
On the slim chance that anyone still looks at this blog...I thought I would update. We have had a busy summer- all children and their spouses and all 16 (almost 17) grandchildren have visited numerous times to our delight! Dave and Beth and Sam and Lisa both moved into new homes this past month so we helped out with those moves.
Dave and I are preparing for a short term missions trip to Tijuana, Mexico with Teen Mania and 700 teens. We are looking forward to what God might do through two old folks like us! We continue to remind ourselves that Moses was 80 when God called him! We serve an awesome God!
We'll let you know how things go..in the meantime...please keep us in yoru prayers.
